Music is more than a pastime, is a way of expressing an individual's uniqueness. I have seen over the years how children grow in their experience of music and become confident in expressing their talents. Teaching piano and guitar lessons has given me the privilege of learning first hand that the musical experience has a fulfilling influence in our life and the lives of others. Music is a way of life. Once a student has learned to play music, it is there to be experienced and shared at any point in their life.

As a musician, throughout my life, I have studied, practiced, performed and now continue learning and improving my skills. Sharing with others the ability to play and interpret music is my passion!

In my 20 years of teaching career I have taught hundreds of students of all ages with diverse levels of musical ability and interests.  As a teacher I have the responsibility of guiding students in their musical learning experience by listening to their interests and guiding them to meet their individual goals.  

Every student has a unique musical voice. I am pleased to be part of my students' musical journey from the moment they find their musical voice to the moment when they are able to express it with confidence. It is a gratifying experience to be a facilitator and serve as a witness to the progress and success of my students. 

Music is the language of the heart and it should be a fun experience. I welcome the opportunity to make music an enjoyable journey for you.
